Very friendly service. It is possible to ask a lot of questions and see a wide range of pens. The consultations are personal and as one can fit them into their schedule and bring the paper or ink they like to try it is very customised and customer oriented. Fountain pens need to be written with and are inherently personal so getting personal service where you have the time to choose and ensure you are happy is very important which is why I chose the service. Recently, I was given the task of purchasing a gift on behalf of others and we chose to buy a high end fountain pen for the person.
